Annual MVR Service

1. Choose your annual MVR date
We’ll pull MVRs for all your drivers each year.

2. Email us the signed driver releases
Each driver signs once. We keep the release on file for the duration of employment. Email to support@safety-on-site.com.

3. We send the MVRs to your inbox
We’ll email the MVRs to you. You complete the annual review on the form we provide and keep it in the driver’s file.

49 CFR §391.25 — Annual inquiry and review of driving record

In normal language: Motor carriers must obtain and review each driver’s driving record at least once every 12 months and document that the review was completed.
